On Valentines Day 2015, a community of golfers came together at the Steenberg Golf Club. Steenberg’s Director of Golf, Ian Kennedy, and six other Steenberg PGA professionals will be playing golf for 12 consecutive hours to see how many how holes they can play in a relay format in order to see how much money  they can raise for the iThemba House Trust.

Last year they managed to raise R140 000, they had completed 313 holes in the allotted 12 hours, scoring 47 birdies and 3 eagles. However this year they have a new candidate to challenge, Dave Usendorff and his team from the Else Club at Copperleaf, to see who can play the most holes and raise the larger amount of money for their respective charities. The target they aiming for this year is R300 000 and over 300 holes in the 12 hour golf marathon.

Limousine Extreme has had many different involvements with charity golf days and in this specific event we had the privileged of transporting the Steenberg golfers to the Steenberg Golf Club for the grand entrance. This event was actually filmed on Super Sport, you can check it out there.

In this picture below you will see one of the golfers on the 321st hole  taking a T shot.
